Huma has also made quite a mark in the Bollywood Industry with several superhit movies like Gangs of Wasseypur and Jolly LLB 2. Huma starts her day with Yoga. Yoga helps to maintain her metabolism system, moreover, it keeps the body flexible. Huma performs several yoga postures including Ariel yoga. It is also known as anti-gravity yoga in some places. It is performed with the help of silk fabric, as it helps the body to bundle up several feet above the ground in the air. Doing yoga, while being in the air is called aerial yoga.

Huma shared her 28-day detox-diet footage on her Instagram account. In the image, she wrote captions to leave things like

Huma drinks about 12 glasses of water per day and eats six-eight meals a day. Huma also has cheat days in which she includes desserts as well. But they are made up of wholesome and nutritious ingredients. Huma reveals that she loves homemade meals and eats everything but inconsiderate portions. Dal, roti, and subzi are must for her. She also mentioned that she can ‘die for chicken’, but only if it is cooked in a healthy way. Huma drinks coconut water and vegetable juices to detoxify.
Early-Morning: She begins her day by with a glass of hot lemon-ginger lemonade, which is a mixture of lemon juice, ginger syrup, and hot water.
Breakfast: Huma’s breakfast includes upma, dosa, and poha with apple or papaya juice.
Munching: She enjoys green tea in her mid-break and enjoys light food and organic snacks all day long.
