Overflow Inc, one of Ghana’s thriving and widely recognized contemporary interdenominational music group last Sunday, celebrated their 5th year anniversary in ministry so far in an atmosphere of thanksgiving.
The reputable music ministry which started in 2013, had their first major concert at Revival Restoration Center A/G (RRC) – Roman Ridge, performing some of their earliest songs such as the incredible ‘Enuonyam’ accapela and ‘Majie Oyie’.
The event night was a direct reflection of how thankful they are to God for having brought them thus far. There were couple of choir ministrations from Stewards of Grace Inc, Legon Mass Choir to set the right tone and atmosphere for night.
After these and few other ministrations, the host choir Overflow Inc came on, elegantly dressed to match the atmosphere of superb lighting, accompanied by a resounding cheer from patrons seated. Rejoice Okyere beautifully led her team mates do a song titled ‘Holy Spirit’ to usher the presence of God into the atmosphere.
Enuonyam Akuffo, the lady behind the inspirational and spirit filled song ‘Changed’ came through to perform live to the admiration of patrons. The atmosphere suddenly changed to a desperation for the presence of the Holy Spirit as ‘Changed’ was performed. Pastor Isaiah Fosu Kwakye, incredibly and solemnly ended Enuonyam’s session still singing the chorus of the song, which at a point was difficult to stop.

One stunning performance of the night that many could not hold back expressing worship to, was Nara, the fast trending song originally done by Tim Godfrey and Travis Greene. The sweet ‘Niger-like’ voice of Bernard Franklin made the song so appealing to the ear. Also, a rendition of Crazy Love was performed live by Franklin and Akesse Brempong with lots of dancing moves by patrons who simply cant get enough of the performances.
Akesse, also had his time alone to dish out, the ever-powerful and award winning ‘God is Working’ song. But this time in a calm soothing manner.

Other powerful ministrations came through from Cynthia Maccauley and Onasis who were part of the guest ministers for the event.
Kwesi Koomson, who happens to be the MC for the evening also had his share of the moment of thanksgiving offering to God, when he was gratefully broken singing MOG’s ‘Be Lifted’.
Minister Joe Mettle rounded everything up for the night performing some of his hits songs and also raising funds in support of Overflow Inc ministry. This came after Jloopz (President of Overflow Inc) recounted the successes, disappointments and all that came with the journey so far.
Jayloopz expressed gratitude for the immense contribution of his team, Pastor Isaiah, Joe Mettle, his parents, and few others. He also appreciated the opportunity given by the parents of his team members who continually allowed their wards participate in the kingdom business.
